I’m a Lebanese national who’s been living in the US for about 8 years now. I miss many aspects of my former home and country, every single day. To make a long soppy story short, the first time I tasted their medium flavor toum I cried. Such a flood of good memories brought on by the most authentic replication of the genuine taste of homemade toum I have had in a long time. Tastes amazing, it’s true to the roots, it goes well with everything, and I am so glad I found this family and company. 10/10 have ordered 6 jars from them in the past couple months and fully intend to order many many more as time goes.
On a side note, not only is toum extremely healthy for you on top of being ridiculously good, but it will roll up on the most tenacious of stomach bugs like an oiled up muscled out wrestler and obliterate it with the most glorious of pile drivers.
